Connect to more, see more and do more – with SG-System 5 Virtual Receiver

With every investment in equipment and systems, monitoring stations and integrators need to consider not just existing needs, but also projected future requirements. And, they need to look not just for core functionality but also for innovations that can help differentiate their service, save ancillary costs, and support revenue-generating services.

Sur-Gard’s SG-System 5 virtual receiver checks all those boxes, and more.

Reliability and scalability
SG-System 5 delivers an exceptionally flexible, reliable and scalable receiver solution for growing monitoring stations. It delivers utmost reliability through features such as integrated redundancy, which reduces and even eliminates the costs of downtime.

It builds on the legacy of earlier versions and offers a host of advances in several key areas.

New PSTN support
With the ability to monitor up to nearly 1.5 million IP cellular or Ethernet communicators, and a new PSTN line card and AHS table that supports expansion up to 1 million accounts, SG-System 5 ensures that the investment in the system will cater to growing requirements.

Robust support for visual verification
The SG-System 5 receiver supports visual verification, which significantly reduces the costs of false alarms and increases RMR. In the case of verified alarms, visual verification enables monitoring stations to provide first responders with more information.

Support for PowerSeries Neo intrusion detection systems visual verification features is built-in to SG-System 5. And, the receiver is compatible with SureView System IMMIX® Central Station (CS) and Command Center (CC) platforms, providing the ability to integrate SG-System 5 and PowerSeries Neo with 500+ video and access control partners of IMMIX.

Time and cost-saving automation options
SG System 5 features several flexible and scalable automation options: split-reporting, multi-port and logging, all of which reduce the need for manual setup.
