Leveraging Data: Analytics that Drive Sales and RMR
Friday, June 22, 2018 08:30AM - 09:30AM
Mining business insights with data analytics will fundamentally change the nature of your business. Data output from the customer’s product and service interactions will become increasingly important as a source of value for your security business. Understanding, interpreting, and leveraging data from customer interactions will help you better understand what’s important to them and why, how they use it, and provide a clearer picture of what future products and services may be appealing, and not so appealing too. Many cloud-based platforms are rich in data and ready to be harvested, but are mostly untapped by dealers and integrators. In this session, you’ll learn:
• Having access to data without a meaningful plan is just data noise
• How to take the first steps in leveraging the data that can drive more revenue
• Simple ways to implement a data analytic strategy for your size organization
