Gene is an award winning public speaker and has 34 years of business and security experience. He has successfully implemented the entrepreneurial operating system which was instrumental in turning around a company that was performing poorly into one that is now thriving. A key component of the entrepreneurial operating system is data, which would be described as what are the key metrics company leaders need to track to keep their fingers on the pulse of the business. Gene is also a father of 4 and has 4 grandchildren with 1 on the way.

Jason Lutz is the primary point of contact for Many of Honeywell's largest independent dealers and assists them in business development, sales strategies, and customer retention. Jason began his career with Honeywell Security as the District Sales Manager of Mid-America region in 2002. His background in the security industry includes operations, sales, sales management and business ownership. Jason’s 25+ years of experience enables him to assist dealers in business development, improved sales cycle, and customer retention. Jason is a multi-year Honeywell President's Club winner as well as a board member of multiple trade associations.
Jason Resides in Thompsons Station, TN with his wife and his youngest daughter and three other adult kids at College. When not working in the connected home and security space, Jason has a passion for Woodworking and youth sports.
