Position Description:

As a member of the growing Marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Project Director, you will be asked to execute on inside sales strategies. Your role is to target key prospects in the Asia Pacific region, via cold call and research programs, and to provide qualified leads (dollar value, interest…) to the APAC sales team.

Position Description:

As a member of the growing Sales team and reporting to the Senior Sales Director of the Asia Pacific Region, the Sales Associate is responsible for bringing in new business within the APAC region by implementing effective and innovative sales strategies and successfully managing the sales process from beginning to end. The Sales Associate will primarily engage with small to medium sized prospects, work with existing leads, and close new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Chief Financial Officer - Norwalk, CT
Finance

As CFO of etouches, you will lead the company's finance organization, develop and implement financial and operational plans to drive growth, and extend finance based decision-making throughout the company. The CFO will be responsible for all finance activities including accounting, forecasting, budgeting, internal control, financial systems, audit, reporting, treasury, insurance, and tax. In addition, the position is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with the board of directors, the investor community, external auditors, analysts, and all other external parties that require financial information.

The ideal candidate will be an operationally-oriented strategic thinker who has worked for high growth technology companies, ideally in the SaaS space. The candidate should have experience with multi-national tax and accounting practices, M&A transactions, and SaaS accounting standards. The candidate should be a player/coach with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" style who is excited to lead a finance team within a rapidly growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with CEO and senior management to develop and implement strategic business plans and operating initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a finance team, managing work allocation, training, problem resolution, performance evaluation, and the building of an effective team dynamic.
  • Oversee and manage all finance activities including accounting, forecasting, planning, budgeting, internal control, financial systems, audit, reporting, treasury, insurance, and tax.
  • Serve as the company’s financial link to and manage relationships with investors, analysts, outside auditors, banks, law firms, and other groups requesting financial information.
  • Define standards, policies, procedures, measures, and organizational enhancements to meet company goals for finance.
  • Oversee and optimize financial reporting to management and other stakeholders to ensure transparency and to inform decision making throughout the company.

  • Participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution
  • Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations (strategic and tactical) and execute analysis of various business initiative.
  • Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plan
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • A minimum of 10 years of financial and management experience with an excellent track record of achievement as a CFO in high growth software or media technology companies, ideally in the SaaS space.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Operationally-oriented, strategic thinker, who can play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the company.
  • Strong leadership skills marked by collaborative team orientation with the ability to motivate team members at all levels to cultivate a dynamic and highly productive work environment.
  • Experience taking a company through multiple phases of its lifecycle and building teams within rapidly growing companies.
