Exhibition Areas
The exhibition area has been designed to create as much ‘contact’ space to delegates as possible. The venue for the exhibition is the Premier Suite and associated social areas will be taken over by the Exhibition, Catering and Poster displays. This is adjacent to the main session hall. All delegates will need to be in the area to view poster displays and take their breaks for lunch, teas and coffee.
To encourage flow of delegates, there will be refreshments and poster displays in the exhibition area throughout the Conference.

Benefits and Acknowledgements for the Exhibition
General benefits will include the following:
• Acknowledgement, link and editorial on the meeting website pre and post conference dates
• Editorial in the Programme App.
• Acknowledgement with company logo on the Conference App and against sponsored item with own branding
• Use of meeting logo on company communications relating to the PCCS Meeting 2022

Charges for space available from £1,900 Minimum booth area available is 6sqm.
Conference Recording: total collective requirement £2,500
To reach more professionals the PCCS will record the plenary sessions throughout the two days of the conference. This will be made available to APA Members free of charge and to non members on a pay per view basis depending on corporate support.
The PCCS invites your company's participation in supporting the recording project by purchasing an advertisement and link option associated with the recording at the time of booking your stand.
The plan is to have an advertisement page for all those visitors entering the site to view. The recording will be available for at least 11 months from the date of the meeting.

Anticipated Numbers: PCCS 2022
Registration are tracking along the lines of Pre - Covid and taking the previous three years live events as a guide, the PCCS Annual Scientific Meeting attracted over 350 delegates from the full range of paediatric critical and intensive care practice; representing over 80 Children's Hospitals, Teaching and District General hospitals and single specialty units.

Company Virtual Zone:
Replacing the printed Programme, a virtual ‘room’ of company resourced educational materials, demonstrations and products promoted: items placed in the Virtual Zone will be developed by your company and displays product ranges and short product presentations – could be interactive and maybe hosted on your own platform.

Production Values
PCCS is aiming to provide the 2022 with high production values. This will include three phases of production for each event: pre-event, during the programme and post (archive) periods offering timely and repeat ‘placement profile’ for companies and products, with encouragement for participants to make contact with executives via facilities incorporated into the event’s online site.
Supporting Company Profile: PCCS production team welcomes discussions to plan participation for mutual professional benefit. It is important that the imagery and contributions from companies are sell received, get attention and potential evoke an ‘action’ toward your contacts.
