| Nokia offers a variety of training courses for the 5620 Service Aware Manager (SAM). Our latest course refresh is designed to cover 5620 SAM Release 12.0 R1 advanced troubleshooting and fault management within our core Network and Service Troubleshooting with the 5620 SAM course. This unique workshop covers a selected sample of 4 learning modules and 3 labs from the course over a 3 ½ hour duration. Through practical examples and hands-on 5620 SAM exercises, participants will develop their troubleshooting skills using a variety of 5620 SAM troubleshooting tools and capabilities, including: |
- A closer look at alarm investigation details
- An introduction to the advanced fault management app
- Troubleshooting with policy audits
- Isolating problems from service alarms

| In the event of cancellation prior to Sep 12, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation on or after Sep 12, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge all workshop registrants a cancellation fee equivalent of $25. This fee will be assessed on top of the event cancellation fee as described in the Fees section. |
