| All fees are payable with credit card or wire transfer. For all credit card charges, the fees will be charged after the event by Conference Contacts. You will receive a detailed receipt once your card has been charged. For all wire transfers, please contact antony@conferencecontacts.co.uk for detailed instructions. | |
| CANCELLATION POLICY EVENT CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW--In the event of cancellation prior to Sep 11, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation after Sep 11, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge registrants a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of their registration fee or $250 in case of free admission. WORKSHOP REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW--In the event of cancellation prior to Sep 12, registrants will not be charged a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation on or after Sep 12, or no-show, we reserve the right to charge all workshop registrants a cancellation fee equivalent of 25€. This fee will be assessed on top of the event cancellation fee as described above. |
