REGISTRATION TERMS & CONDITIONS


By registering, you agree to all the terms and conditions set forth below.

For all registrations and payments received on or before 31 July 2015, the Earlybird registration rate will apply. As of 1 August 2015, you may register and pay the onsite fee.

Confirmations will be sent via email. If you did not receive your confirmation email, please contact us at estaniuk@himss.org to have one resent.

For security reasons, registrants will be issued a badge onsite which are required to be worn at all times during the conference and any organised functions. Badge swapping is strictly not allowed. Anyone found wearing a badge that does not match their identification will be evicted from the conference with no refund.

The organisers reserve the right to release registrant contact details to third parties.

The organisers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any programmes and to close registrations when programmes are sold out. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non refundable airline tickets. Should The HIMSS Europe CIO Summit 2015 be cancelled, your registration fee will not be refunded but will automatically be applied to the next event.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All changes, cancellations or substitutions must be made in writing to HIMSS Europe via email to estaniuk@himss.org.

Cancellation before and on 7 September 2015 - €100.00 administrative fee will be forfeited
Cancellation after 7 September 2015 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited

Reinstating of registration is not permitted after cancellation. You will need to register again. If you cancel and are entitled to a refund, expect a refund within 30 days post conference.

Registrants unable to attend may send a substitute. If substitute is not a member, the non-member fee will apply.

PAYMENT

Our online registration site is a secured site. Major credit cards such as American Express, VISA and MasterCard are accepted.
Wire transfers may also be made by registering online, selecting the wire transfer payment (option available until 25 September 2015).
