GO PLACES with GOJO 2018 Terms & Conditions

Trip Terms & Conditions

  • One trip is an award of travel for (2) people.
  • Trip awards are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and must be taken with the group on the dates assigned.
  • There are no cash values or cash substitutes for trips earned.
  • GOJO reserves the right to cancel or amend the award schedule, trip destination or travel dates at its discretion.

Program Participants

  • Eligible Distributors of GOJO.
  • Must be key executive management personnel (e.g. Owner, President, Sales / Marketing VP or equivalent).
  • Participants must be employed by the Distributorship at the time of program operation and be at least 21 years old.
  • The carrier will not permit women who have entered their 24th week of pregnancy to participate in the voyage.

Enrollment

  • One enrollment registration per participant must be completed and submitted online at www.goplaces.gojo.com.
  • Enrollment grants GOJO Industries, Inc. and its respective contractors, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns the right to use, publish and copyright photographic or video graphic images of the program participants in any medium for marketing purposes.

Eligible Products

  • All net skin care purchases from GOJO. If another Distributor purchasing GOJO is acquired during the performance, the incremental volume will not be counted as new business.

Reporting Schedule

  • Program qualification scorecards will be issued monthly to enrolled Distributors.

Important Reminders

  • Accommodations are based on double occupancy.
  • Airline reservations are made in advance to secure the best possible airfares and schedules. Once made, these arrangements may not be changed and are nontransferable to anyone else. Any upgrades to airline tickets will be at the responsibility of the traveler.
  • All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Distributorship. GOJO is required to issue a Form 1099 to each Distributorship awarded a trip. Company Federal Identification Numbers are required at the time of registration.
  • All participants must comply with the Carrier’s Passage Contract.

Responsibility

  • GOJO and its employees, representatives or agents are not responsible for loss, damage, or additional expenses due to common carrier delays or changes, weather, sickness, war, quarantine, acts of God or other causes beyond their immediate and direct control.
  • Airline reservations are made in advance to secure the best possible airfares and schedules. Once made, these arrangements may not be changed and are nontransferable to anyone else. Any upgrades to airline tickets will be at the responsibility of the traveler.
  • GOJO and its employees, representatives or agents shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularities which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through acts of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger, operating contracted tour arrangements, or otherwise of any hotel or cruise line proprietor or servant.
