Excursion Information


For each of our ports of call, GOJO has carefully planned a set of cultural excursions that will allow travelers to experience the best of what each port has to offer. To view descriptions of each excursion, visit the Excursions Page of this site.


Registration

Registration for the trip and all shore excursions is now open and can be completed through the registration portal of the site. Registration must be completed by Friday, February 16, 2018.


Confirmation

Confirmation of your selected shore excursions will be included in the final travel mailing, which you will receive approximately two weeks prior to departure. Please review the information carefully. If you have any questions, please contact the GO PLACES with GOJO Hospitality Team at (972) 661-6419 or by email at info@goplaces.gojo.com.

A duplicate confirmation of your selected shore excursions will be in your suite upon arrival. Shore excursion tickets will be delivered on a nightly basis to your suite. Please review the information carefully for accuracy. Any questions that you have at that time can be answered at the GOJO Hospitality Desk.


Payment

All charges for shore excursions other than the GOJO sponsored tours, will be due upon completion of your registration. You will be required to settle your account prior to submitting your registration.


Changes

The registration cut-off date is Friday, February 16, 2018. Shore excursion changes must be requested prior to that date as guarantees will be made with the local tour operators. Once on board the ship, you may see Event Staff at the GOJO Hospitality Desk to inquire about a shore excursion change. Last minute requests are subject to availability and additional costs.


Cancellations

The shore excursion confirmation in your cabin will list a cancellation deadline for each tour. All shore excursions are subject to penalties if cancelled after this deadline. Tickets for any shore excursions that are cancelled must be returned to the GOJO Hospitality Desk by the appropriate deadline in order to guarantee a refund. Tickets turned in for cancellation after the deadline are non-refundable.


Guides & Gratuities

We have secured the best possible guides available in each port. Keep in mind that guides are local, and some may have accents. Gratuities have been included in the price of your excursion. If you feel your experience was exceptional, feel free to leave an additional gratuity.


Video/Photography Charges

At some museums, sites and monuments, photography and/or the use of video cameras may not be allowed or incur a charge. These charges are not included in the tour price and are at your own expense. Your tour guide will provide additional information if applicable.
