Hospitality Suites
BDC Hospitality Suite Fee - $2,500 per suite, excluding room rates, taxes, and other fees
- The fee allows your company to host a hospitality suite at BDC. This fee does not include room charges; state, hotel and other local taxes and fees; incidentals; audiovisual; food and/or beverage costs.
- The $2,500 fee is waived for Anniversary and Platinum Sponsors (first suite only); all other charges will apply as listed above.
- NHF manages suite reservations for BDC, please do not contact the hotel directly.
- The following are allowed purposes for suite's use:
- Accommodations
- Hospitality/Reception
- Team/Internal Meetings
- Educational Activities (must not conflict with any official BDC programming and sessions)

- Suites will be confirmed and assigned based on your sponsorship level and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Any audiovisual, food, and beverage are to be ordered and coordinated directly with the hotel. NHF will provide the contact information upon request.
- Hospitality suites may be opened to attendees during the following hours (subject to change):

Suite Rules and Regulations
- All music played in the hospitality suites must be turned off by 10:00PM, and all noise must be kept at low volume.
- Company signs can only be posted outside of the suite, following hotel’s guidelines.
- Suite numbers will be available ten (10) business days prior to arrival date.
- Suite’s furniture and fixtures are not allowed to be removed or re-arranged. Additional tables and chairs can be requested, fees apply.

Suite Reservation Process
- Fill out the Hospitality Suite Request Form. NHF Conference & Travel Services Department will reply to your request within five (5) working days of its receipt.
- As we have limited number of suites, submit your requests by Monday, June 26, 2023.
- Suites will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and are subject to availability.
- Should you need the suite early in the morning, please include the night before your event in your suite reservation.
- Full payment of the hospitality suite fee and total room costs are due upon confirmation.
- Suite reservation confirmation number will be provided 2-4 weeks prior to the conference date.
Suite Cancellation Policy
- In addition to the Housing Cancellation Policy, 100% of the Hospitality Suite Fee ($2,500) will be retained upon confirmation of the suite.
