Dear Industry Partners,

It is a pleasure to invite you to participate in this year’s Bleeding Disorders Conference (BDC 2023) to be held from August 17 to 19 at the waterfront Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in National Harbor, Maryland. Located on the historic Potomac River and within short distance of national landmarks in nearby Washington, DC, this will be the perfect setting for BDC 2023 as we mark our 75th anniversary and embark on a new phase for our organization and bleeding disorders community.

As we reflect on the history of our organization, we also look forward to the future. As we continue to grow, and as our mission touches more lives, we know it is important that our organization’s name be inclusive for all our community. At BDC 2023, we will be revealing our new name and new branding to illuminate the diverse groups that we represent and our aims to advocate on behalf of all.

Our strong commitment to our industry partners is to offer a wide variety of sponsorship options and innovative ways to support the conference, showcase your company, and engage with people with bleeding disorders, healthcare providers, and renowned experts from across the United States. Over 2,300 participants are expected to attend BDC 2023.

The success of our national conference year after year is due in large part to the support of our industry partners. It is thanks to your commitment that we are able to bring these programs to life and help improve the long-term outcomes and quality of life of people with bleeding disorders.

This industry prospectus describes the opportunities and requirements for sponsors to participate in BDC 2023. Beyond the Exhibit Hall, we encourage you to maximize your company’s presence by hosting an educational symposium, networking, or social event – there are plenty of options to connect with your target audience. Please contact our Conference & Travel Services team for information on how to create your own sponsorship program tailored to meet your company’s specific objectives and budget.

This 75th anniversary edition of the Bleeding Disorders Conference will be a momentous celebration for our community. We look forward to seeing you in National Harbor and thank you for your support.
