Group Housing Management via NHF (Limited Slots) - NEW

Group Housing Management Fee - $3,500 (waived for Anniversary Sponsor)

• Only five (5) slots available. First-come, first-served basis.
• The Group Accommodation Request should be submitted, and the Sub-Block Agreement signed before requesting for Group Housing Management.
• To avail of this service, fill out the Group Housing Management Form. Deadline to avail of this option is on Monday, May 29, 2023.
• Full payment of the group housing management fee is due upon confirmation.
• In the event of cancellation by the group for any reason, 100% of the group housing management fee ($3,500) will be retained by NHF.
• NHF will create a customized online reservation form for your group’s sub-block that will include the following information:
  • Individual attendee name
  • Email address
  • Hotel check-in/out dates
  • Room type preference (not guaranteed unless ADA)
  • Additional/Special room requirements
• NHF will provide the Group Coordinator the online reservation link within ten (10) business days from receipt of request and fee payment. The Group Coordinator is responsible for sharing the reservation link to their attendees.
• Your attendees will fill out their respective hotel reservations based on the information listed above.
• Attendees will be able to modify their reservations online until August 7, 2023. After this date, changes can be emailed directly to Johanna Ong, and copying the Group Coordinator.
• NHF will send a weekly rooming list report (when available) to the Group Coordinator.
• NHF will send the hotel confirmation numbers to your attendees via email twice:
  • 2 to 4 weeks prior to the conference
  • 1 week prior to the conference
• NHF will send a final rooming list report to the Group Coordinator, including hotel confirmation numbers, a week prior to the conference.
• Option for a final rooming list review for changes or cancellations on-site. By appointment only, following Group Pre-Registration schedule.
