How can I book my accommodations in Santiago?


We’ve secured special room rates for participants at the three different properties in Santiago. Please click here to view the list. The link to book your stay at the IWF block at the hotel of your choice will be provided in your registration confirmation email. 


What is the recommended attire?


Business casual attire is appropriate for daytime programs, cocktail attire for evening events.
Comfortable walking shoes are suggested for immersion tours and offsite excursions.
It will be late autumn in Santiago in the month of May. The average daytime temperature in Santiago in May is 19°C/66°F. Guests are encouraged to bring at least a light to moderate weight jacket for cooler mornings and evenings, as well as an umbrella.  

 

Guest & Young Leader Policy


Members are encouraged to invite and bring, in addition to any other guest, a high-potential young leader, age 25-35, for this global exchange. There are special registration fees for guests and Young Leaders that entitle them to attend all sessions of the program except the Member Dine Around. A guest dinner is planned for all guests and young leaders.

 

IWF Payment Policy


Full payment of registration fees must be made at the time of registration. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express).

 

IWF Cancellation Policy


Cancellations must be submitted to IWF Registration via email to iwf@executivevents.com within the time periods noted below.

Should a registrant test positive for COVID-19 between April 17 – May 17 and share proof of the positive test, their registration would be refunded 100% of the fees paid minus a 3% credit card processing fee. Should a member not receive their boarding pass due to not receiving the Mobility Pass” (Pase de Movibilidad) or another required piece of paperwork in time, no refunds will be granted.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the registration date will be refunded 100% of the payment, minus a 3% credit card processing fee. Cancellation requests made after this timeframe will be subject to the cancellation policies listed below.

Cancellations received by April 17 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the total registration payment received.

Cancellations received between April 18 and May 2 will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total registration payment received

No refunds will be provided for cancellations received May 3 and later. However, the registration is transferable to another IWF Member or guest to attend the same conference once the replacement Member or guest’s vaccination card has been verified.  The canceling registrant has the responsibility to find a transferee and must notify IWF of the transfer prior to the conference opening.
