Accommodation & Travel Details

As of May 10, 2022, , the Chilean Ministry of Health has moved to Alert Level 2. This means that all passengers coming from outside of Chile must have the following: 

• Have their proof of vaccination validated by the Chilean authorities and receive a Mobility Pass 
• Have a negative result on a PCR test (not antigen) taken no more than 72 hours before the final flight to Chile
• Take a PCR test upon arrival and quarantine in their hotel room until the results are received. This can take up to 24 hours.

We recommend building a holdover room into your travel arrangements since all flights arrive in the early morning.

The cutoff date for access to the IWF room has now passed. However, we are including the two conference hotels below in case you would like to book directly. 

W Santiago 

This is where all of the conference sessions will take place and where all of the shuttles will depart for off-site events.

The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago 

Looking for a more luxurious stay? The Ritz-Carlton Santiago offers beautifully appointed rooms and is a 6-minute walk to the W Santiago where the conference sessions will take place and where all of the shuttles will depart from for off-site events. 
Rates: $270.00 USD (Deluxe) - $370.00 USD (Club)  Please note that the club rate includes club lounge access.

Please note all of the rates above are not inclusive of VAT. In order to avoid VAT, guests should present their passport/DNI with the customs paperwork upon check-in and settle their bill in USD.

Getting There 

We strongly advise attendees not to use local taxis and rather book private airport transfers via IWF’s contracted Destination Management Company, LATAM-World.
