Session Room Setup

Each room will be equipped with the following equipment: 

• Windows based laptop*
• Screen and Projector with cart and cords
• Laser pointer
• Microphone(s)
• Room host and AV assistant

*If you choose to bring your own laptop that is not windows based you must also bring the equipment to attach it to the projector.

We encourage you to use this standard template for your PowerPoint file.  

Handouts

Please limit handouts as much as possible and utilize virtual materials instead. We'd like to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Email us links or files and we'll post them on the website. email: mgevents@ucanr.edu

Zoom

Unfortunately, virtual sessions will not be possible.
