A photo ID is required to check-in for all participants. You can bring a physical ID card, photo copy, picture, screen shot etc... This should be an offical piece of documentation with your legal name and picture.
Examples include:
- School ID
- Drivers License
- State ID
- Profile on your school's online system like Canvas, Blackboard, Schoology, Schoolloop etc..
Once we varify your identity with your form of ID, you’ll be guided to pick up your dorm keys, name badge, conference materials, meal tickets, parking passes and t-shirt (as applicable).
*Late arrivals after 5:00 PM will Check in directly at the first floor of the Tercero Services Center

Parking
- Parking permits are required at UC Davis campus.
- Lot 47 (map) is immediately adjacent to Tercero Dorms.
- Parking passes must be placed in vehicles within 30 minutes of arrival. Parking regulations will be enforced, so you may be ticketed if you do not place a permit in your vehicle.
Be sure that the first thing you do is purchase a permit via the ParkMobile App, a nearby kiosk, or immediately pick up your pre-ordered via registration permit(s) from the event staff in Wall Hall.

Airport/Train Transfers
There is a limited amount space in the shuttle van from and to the airport and train station. If you need a transfer(s), please email 4hslc@ucanr.edu ASAP with your flight or train arrival and departure details.
