Standard listings for your company

Company Online Zone: 
All participating companies will be provided with a Company Contact Zone: this is designed to be linked to advertising and other activities and materials a company may adopt or provide outwith the event. The underlying aim is to encourage contact as a minimum from delegates to your product and company.


We encourage companies to review and select what facilities they can use:
 

Education and Product Use: 
Companies are invited to prepare educational profile videos and advertisements ranging from 1 minute to a 20 minute Symposium. All material incorporated into the programme will be expected to remain in the programme when posted on the APAGBI Website for delegates to view after the ‘As-Live’ Event broadcast. (12 months). Company Listing:

 (Excluding product placement) as Standard
A company will be listed along with an editorial and graphic: the graphic should be professionally developed. Listings to be available as part of the online event and will also feature in the countdown content before the opening of the online event each day and during breaks. It is assumed that the company will provide a link to take contact requests via ‘Zoom’ type facilities or diary appointments.

Each listing: £350.00 plus placement cost of £75.00 
Listing for the 4 events £750.00

Product Listing:

A product will be listed along with an editorial and graphic: the graphic to be professionally developed and position the product. Listings to be available as part of the online event and will also feature in the countdown content before the opening of the online event each day and during breaks.
Each listing: £350.00 plus placement cost of £75.00 
 
Listing for the 4 events £750.00
Placement before or after a relevant session: premium placement of £450.00

10 second advert:

Basically an advertisement positioned in the programme to punctuate the invited programme. Placement may be relevant to one of the session topics. Preference will be given to the 1 – 2 minute videos described above.
The material should use professional production techniques and include opinion leaders to put the message across or an entertaining storyline.
£300.00 per placement (plus production budget estimate @ £200.00 plus VAT if required)
Advert placement for all four events and in archive material £1,100.00

1 – 2 minute video advert:

Basically an advertisement positioned in the programme to punctuate the invited programme. Placement may be relevant to one of the session topics.
The material should use professional production techniques and include opinion leaders to put the message across or an entertaining storyline.
£500.00 per placement (plus production budget estimate @ £300.00 plus VAT if required)
Advert placement for all four events and in archive material £1,750.00
