We have contracted overflow rooms at the Hampton Inn Somerset. The Hampton Inn Somerset is located at 4141 South Highway 27, a roughly 6 minute drive to the Center for Rural Development. Once we reach capacity at the Courtyard by Marriott Somerset, we will move any additional rooming requests to the Hampton Inn Somerset. The pricing at both hotels is the same. Rooms will be moved based strictly on the time and date of the registration on this site. We encourage everyone to make reservations as soon as they are able to do so. We will notify any attendees that have been moved to the Hampton Inn Somerset after the registration deadline.

 

As a reminder, the Friday and Saturday evening ice cream hospitality functions will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Somerset.
