This award recognises and encourages the demonstrated application of sustainability practices that reduce a project’s eco footprint over the entire lifecycle.
Eligible entrants were new developments that have been completed in the previous three years and had been operating for at least one year as at 31 December 2013.
The award is open to members of the Property Council of Australia only and who have not won the award previously.

5 Murray Rose set a new benchmark in what can be achieved in innovative,
sustainable design of suburban commercial buildings.
The building achieved a 6 Star Green Star – Office Design v2 certified
rating and is targeting a 5 Star NABERS energy and water rating. 5 Murray Rose
is the first speculative business park development of this scale designed to
achieve such a remarkable sustainability outcome and one of the first 6 Star
Green Star-rated commercial buildings in Sydney.
