The purpose of this award is to acknowledge, encourage and, most importantly, promote the positive contribution made to the industry by young property professionals.
The award is open to young property professionals in the development and investment industry aged 35 or under as at March 2014. Nominations were made by an individual or third party and must be an employee of a Property Council member company.
The award winner is required to undertake an approved research project that is deemed to make a positive contribution to the industry. The award winner will receive funding of $10,000 to be used to assist in their nominated research project. The Research Project must be completed no later than one year after the 2014 Gala Awards Presentation Dinner which was held on 17 May 2014.
