Welcome to NAGAP's 2023 GEM Summit Exhibit and Sponsor website 

This site is your one stop site for all exhibitor information. It allows you to reserve your sponsorship and secure your exhibit booth, register your booth staff, and make your payments online via credit card. Full payment is required by credit card to secure your exhibit booth.

Once you complete your booth reservation, you will receive a confirmation via email that contains your booth reference number. This confirmation will also contain a link to modify your booth record. This will allow you to add-on additional items and register your booth staff. Please retain the confirmation for easy reference.

Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Thursday, April 13
Exhibit Hall Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm***

Friday, April 14

Please note this schedule is a guideline to assist you for planning purposes.Times are subject to change based on speaker/education content.
 
Without exception, exhibitors must follow the setup and teardown times indicated in NAGAP plans and correspondence. Exhibitors must have their booths set and ready by the times indicated. If exhibitors have not checked in 60 minutes prior to close of setup and begun to set up their booth, setup labor will be forced at prevailing labor rates. Exhibitors may not dismantle their booths earlier than the close of the show. Exhibitors who make earlier flight plans must arrange for another party to dismantle their booth. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. There will be a $250 penalty for early dismantling.
