Exhibit Booths Each 10' x 10' booth includes pipe and drape, and a one-line identification sign, and two full conference registrations, and each 10' x 20' booth includes four full conference registrations. 10' x 10' Standard Booth: $2,300 10' x 10' Preferred Booth: $2,550 20' x 10' Standard Booth: $4,300 20' x 10' Preferred Booth: $4,850 Island Booth: $7,550 Full payment for the booth is due at the time of confirmation via credit card, or ACH/Wire Transfer payments must be received within 30 days of confirmation. Payment instructions will be on your invoice. All other materials including electricity, booth furnishings and freight handling must be ordered through Viper Tradeshows, the official decorator for the conference. Official Service Contractor Viper Tradeshows is the official service contractor for the 2023 NAGAP GEM Summit. Once your exhibitor agreement has been received, the information will be sent to Viper Tradeshows and an exhibitor packet will be sent to you. All shipments are to be sent through Viper Tradeshows. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPMENTS SHOULD BE SENT TO THE HOTEL. IF YOU SEND YOUR MATERIALS DIRECTLY TO THE HOTEL, THIS COST WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILLING BY VIPER TRADESHOWS. |
