NAGAP has a limited amount of rooms left at the current conference rate of $299 plus taxes. After the rooms at that rate are filled, the rate will go up to $369 a night plus taxes. These rate will be honored three nights pre and post of the official conference dates. The deadline to make reservations is March 20, 2023, or until the room block sells out.

Any attendee seeking to receive special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure at their earliest conveniencec. Such late check-out requests may impose a fee of one-half of the current night rate plus applicable sales tax.
