** All exhibitor company personnel attending conference must register. Each exhibitor company receives one free registration per indoor exhibit booth; and two free registrations per outdoor exhibit booth. Exhibitor company must register each person selected to receive free registration prior to start of conference. Each additional exhibitor personnel must register and pay at the above mentioned Exhibitor Booth Personnel rates.

EXHIBITS-ONLY PASS (4-day pass)

Includes: Entrance to exhibit areas Tuesday through Friday; daily coffee breaks; and Friday Reception. Pass does not include short courses, technical sessions, Tuesday reception, daily lunches, or a copy of conference proceedings.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to ematthews@adsc-iafd.com. Cancellation requests prior to February 2, 2018 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds after February 2, 2018


*Processing fee for refund requests will not be waived in the event the host hotel is sold out, as there are many hotels within walking distance to the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. Please see the Hotel page on the website for nearby options.
