How do I register?
Registration will open in October of 2017.
What kind of payments are accepted for registration?
Registration fees may be paid by CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ONLY. No Cash, Checks, or Wire Transfers will be accepted, online or on-site.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to ematthews@adsc-iafd.com. Cancellation requests prior to February 2, 2018 will be subject to a $150 processing fee. No refunds after February 2, 2018.
*Processing fee for refund requests will not be waived in the event the host hotel is sold out, as there are many hotels within walking distance to the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace. Please see the Hotel page on the website for nearby options.
Substitutions of Attendees: You may substitute attendees at any time.
If I decide at the last
minute to attend IFCEE 2018?
Online registration will be open until the week prior to the
conference on March 5, 2018. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND pre-registering
before the conference to avoid long on-site registration lines.
What does each
registration fee cover?
See Registration Fees under the Conference Information and Attendee Tab for all
inclusions.
What can I get PDHs for?
PDHs
are available for the entire technical program. Concurrent Technical
Sessions, Short Courses, and special Lectures are included. Committee
Meetings and Social Events are excluded. A PDH form will be provided in
your registration packet at check-in.
I am interested in
exhibiting at IFCEE 2018. How can I get information?

How can I get a copy of
the agenda?
The agenda is under the Conference Information Tab.
Who can attend IFCEE 2018?
IFCEE 2018 is open to anyone who is interested in the
deep foundations industry.
When will I be able to
register for IFCEE 2018?
Online registration opens October 15th, 2017.
Will I receive a badge in
the mail before IFCEE 2018?
No, all badges are distributed at the conference in the
registration area.
Will I receive a receipt
for payment?
You will receive a confirmation of registration via email after
your registration is completed. This also serves as your paid receipt for your
expense reporting purposes.
Can I attend just the
exhibits without registering for IFCEE 2018?
Registration is required to attend any of the IFCEE 2018 events. There is, however, a registration option for Exhibits Only, available Wednesday – Saturday. See Registration Information page under the Attendees Tab for pricing.
How do I make hotel
reservations for IFCEE 2018?
You will need to make hotel reservations directly with the Buena Vista Palace. You access the interactive link or find
additional hotel information on the Hotel page under the General Information tab on the website.
Will transportation be
provided from the airport to hotel?
No transportation is provided from airport to
hotel. Attendees are responsible for getting to/from airport. The Buena Vista Palace does not offer shuttle
service. Find more information under the Transportation tab on the website.
Will I have to pay for
parking at the hotel?
Self parking is complimentary at the Buena Vista Palace. If you choose to valet park, you will incur
a fee. Please see hotel website for more information.
When will my credit card
be charged?
Credit cards will be charged immediately for registration
fees.
I can’t access the hotel
registration link on your Web site.
If you are having difficulty making hotel reservations, please
call the hotel directly.
How do I make my airline
reservations?
Airfare is not included in registration fees. You must make
your own airline reservations.
Who attends IFCEE 2018?
General Contractors, Specialty Subcontractors,
Manufacturer/Suppliers, Geo-technical Engineers, Structural Engineers,
Consulting Companies, and Government Employees from around the globe
gather with
equipment supplier/manufacturers in the foundation drilling industry to
look
for new and innovative technology, creative solutions and dynamic
contractors

What are the move-in and
out days and times?
Each confirmed exhibitor will receive an email with specific
move in and move out information.
Recommended attire
Attire for the week is business casual.
Special needs?
If you have special needs or dietary restrictions
(vegetarian, kosher, etc.), please specify them on the online
registration form. If your special
needs are not listed (mobility, auditory, etc.), please email Jan Hall
at jhall@adsc-iafd.com with complete
description of your needs.
Registration Waivers:
Photograph Release: By submitting the registration form and attending IFCEE 2018 in any capacity, I hereby release any photographs or video that may be incidentally taken of me during these events by IFCEE 2018 Show Management to be used for any purpose.
Liability Waiver: I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in IFCEE 2018 events and activities at my own free and
intentional act, and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation. I give this acknowledgment
freely and knowingly that I am, as a result, able to participate in IFCEE 2018 events, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place without prior permission from IFCEE 2018.
Can my spouse and/or
children attend IFCEE 2018?
Spouses, companions and children are welcome to attend
IFCEE 2018 with you. Spouse/Companions and children can register for a
reduced
fee. A Spouse/Companion or child registration entitles them entry to all
IFCEE 2018 events. Please note a name badge is required for entry into
all IFCEE events.
Do you provide childcare at IFCEE?
Childcare is available through a local provider called Kid's Night Out, Inc. Professional caregivers can provide one-on-one childcare in the comfort of your hotel room. Care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. For more information and to make reservations, call 407-828-0920 ext. 0. Childcare is not a sanctioned IFCEE event. IFCEE Show Management and its partners assume no liability and are not affiliated with the child care provider.
