Please note that parking at the Hilton Buena Vista Palace is reserved for HOTEL GUESTS ONLY and will be valet only. Per hotel restrictions due to the size of our show, attendees staying at another location will not be allowed entry into the parking lot. We will offer complimentary offsite parking, however no shuttle service will be provided, so attendees parking in the offsite lot must utilize a taxi service to the hotel from the lot. In order to provide the best possible experience for all attendees, we encourage everyone to utilize Uber, Taxis and Shuttles to get around in Orlando.

The Hilton Buena Vista Palace is very near capacity. We recommend calling the hotel directly for availability instead of using the below website. We anticipate more rooms opening as we get closer to the event, however we recommend booking at the below hotels in the event you are unable to secure a room at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace.
