Channel Partner Expo 2016

REGISTRATION & CO-OP FEES

The cost to attend Channel Partner Expo for all North American partners (U.S. and Canada) is $450 USD (Canadian Partners will be charged the CAD$ equivalent using the Motorola exchange rate at the time of payment) for each partner attendee. The last day to register for CPE is February 17, 2016. To register click the "CPE/IWCE REGISTRATION" button to the right.

Leveraging Co-op Funds:

Motorola Co-op funds can be used for CPE registration fees and eligible travel expenses. If your company's Co-op account has insufficient funds to cover the complete registration fee prior to CPE, the credit card provided during the registration process will be charged. If your credit card is charged, this charge will appear as Motorola Solutions on your credit card statement. To obtain Co-op reimbursement for registration fees charged to your card once Co-op funds become available, please submit a Co-op claim reimbursement request at www.motorolacoop.com per the Motorola Co-op program guidelines.

PartnerEmpower Elite Status Attendees:

2016 Elite partners will be charged $400 USD (which reflects a $50 discount) for each of your company's CPE attendees.

CPE Cancellation:

If you have registered for CPE and are unable to attend, you must submit your cancellation in writing no later than March 17, 2016, 5:00 pm CST, to ChannelPartnerExpo@motorolaevents.com. Any cancellations after this date, will be assessed the full CPE registration fee of $450 USD.

Hotel Cancellation and No Shows:

If you change your arrival date or are unable to attend CPE after you have registered, you must submit your cancellation/changes directly to the hotel. Any cancellations/changes within 72 hours of your check-in date will be assessed a penalty of $245.48 USD which is the nightly room rate of $219 USD plus 12% tax.

Travel Reimbursement:

Motorola Co-op funds can also be used for eligible attendee travel expenses up to $1,000 USD maximum for airfare, hotel, parking and mileage. Travel reimbursement claims should be submitted through Motorola's Co-Op claim submission process at www.motorolacoop.com per the Motorola Co-op program guidelines. Incidental charges accrued at the hotel are the responsibility of the participant. Because Motorola has made a contractual commitment to the ARIA Resort based on attendance, only rooms at the ARIA are eligible for Co-op reimbursement.
