About the Venue

Granlibakken Resort & Conference Center

 

The Granlibakken is on 74 acres located in a forested setting that is about 1 mile from Tahoe City. Be prepared for some walking often on an incline. Bring comfortable shoes.


Check-in: 4 PM; Check out: 11 AM

Please note: If you have mobility constraints, please mention this on the registration form. You may want to consider requesting a room in the main building where conference events are scheduled.

 

The following is included with registration

  • Complimentary parking; two EV charging stations on site
  • 4 nights lodging on Sunday-Wednesday nights
  • Organized ground transportation to and/or from Davis or Reno airport at specific times on Sunday and Thursday to be announced.
  • Meals:

    ◦ 4 lunches (Mon.-Thurs.)
    ◦ 4 Dinners (Sun.-Wed.)

Getting There

Ground Transportation Options

Option #1: Organized transportation via vans from/to Davis and Reno airport

This is included in your registration, so no additional fees apply.
Organized transportation will be offered on Sunday, August 13, and/or Thursday, August 17
  • Davis, location and time to be announced
  • Reno airport, time to be announced
Please make the appropriate selections when you register informing us if you will need transportation from/to Davis or Reno. Be prepared to include the following:
  • Name of airline
  • Flight number
  • Arrival time of fight
  • Departure time of fight

Option #2: Make arrangements for your ground transportation

  • $99 for one person
  • $70-$55 per person for 2-5 people one way
Book as early as possible, so they can see if there are others who are traveling in the same time frame.
 
Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
