Meeting Safely

The safety of those participating in WERC events is our highest priority. As we continue making plans to welcome you at the WERC 2023 Annual Conference, we want to assure you that we are taking appropriate steps to ensure a safe meeting environment for all participants including attendees, speakers, staff, and venue personnel.

The state of Florida currently has no restrictions on the size of in-person gatherings. The latest status on mask mandates and other directives from the State of Florida can be found below.

WERC’s Duty of Care

We are working closely with the venue to implement health, cleaning and safety processes and procedures in relation to all meeting rooms and other areas of the venue where in-person interactions will take place.

Venue and Accommodations

The Hilton Orlando, host venue for the WERC 2023 Annual Conference has implemented health and safety guidelines following Hilton’s global CleanStay program.

Travel & Transportation
