 We look forward to gathering our top Associates and Partners together for our 2023 Annual Partner Meeting (APM) at The Galt House in Louisville, KY, March 26-30, 2023 for a robust meeting where we will exchange business ideas, strengthen and build relationships, and collaborate on solutions for our mutual customers.

The 2023 APM will also be a celebration. In addition to our tradition of celebrating the accomplishments of our Associates in the previous year, 2023 marks ConferenceDirect’s 25-year anniversary! We are developing plans and programs to make APM 2023 a truly special, memorable event for all, and we are so excited to have you there with us.

Our Annual Partner Meeting is an excellent opportunity to engage in quality, face-to-face time in our reverse-format trade show. Through educational sessions in general sessions and breakouts we will explore emerging ways of doing business, best practices, and new tools for success in our professional lives.

There are a few changes to the upcoming APM we are excited to feature:

• Tuesday, March 28 will feature a joint education/content/collaboration for Partners and Associates outside of the trade show. We hope this will give a refreshing space for Partners and Associates to network and learn!
• Tuesday we will also have an Open Night after the general session in lieu of an all-partner reception. We hope this will allow everyone time to connect at a more intimate level and explore what Louisville has to offer!
• Sustainability will be a huge focus of APM as we strive to set an example not just in the meetings industry but for our associates, partners, and the world. There is a sustainability page on the APM website that provides more details. We are excited about this important initiative, and grateful for attendees’ help with this mission.

Ultimately, we aim to make APM a powerful and efficient experience and for all to walk away inspired, renewed, and with new opportunities in hand.

Our team is working closely with The Galt House team to ensure that we can once again meet safely. Specific policies for APM will be established as the dates get closer to ensure we are aligned with the most current information available.
