Attendees
Please note that this conference is invite only. If you register and were not invited, your registration will be cancelled.  
 
Modifying Registration
You can modify your registration anytime up until Wednesday, August 7, 2019. Simply scroll to the page footer and click on the "Modify Registration" button. If you have questions, please contact the Aspen Dental Registration Team at events@aspendental.com or 315.454.6000 x 205012.
 
Name Badges
For security purposes, name badges are required to be worn at all meetings, meal functions and events. No one will be allowed to attend any conference function unless they are registered and wearing their name badge.
 
Registration Desk On-Site
The registration desk on-site will be located on the second floor at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel near the meeting space. You will need to ensure that you check in to receive your name badge and other materials for the meeting. The hours of the desk are the following:
  • Thursday, August 15 from 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday, August 16 from 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation.
