Hotel Assignments

Hotel assignments will be determined based on the timing of your event registration. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Hotel confirmations will be sent within two weeks of the meeting to the email that you registered with.

Hotel Information

Upon your registration, ADMI will take care of your hotel accommodations based on the following arrival and departure dates:

Arriving on Thursday, August 15
Departing on Sunday, August 18

Please do not contact the hotel to book your room directly. Rest assured we have taken care of your reservation for you!

Covered Expenses

ADMI will cover the cost of your guestroom, plus tax, as well as the associated costs for all group functions (food, beverage, etc.) Outside of those items, regular expense policy applies (the hotel will ask you for a credit card at check in for any incidentals).

Personal Expenses

You will be asked to supply a credit card at check-in to guarantee your incidental expenses only. You will be responsible for all incidental charges, i.e. room service, pre and post guestroom nights, mini-bar consumption, etc. Please settle your room charges at the hotel front desk prior to your departure.

Extending Your Stay

If you are interested in extending your stay after the Leadership Retreat, you will be able to make this request when registering. The request will be based on hotel availability. Any nights you are staying outside of the main Retreat dates will be at your own expense ($199 per night plus $10 per day resort fee and applicable taxes). Please contact the Aspen Dental Registration Team with any questions.

Transportation

Transportation will be provided for all attendees to and from the airport, along with all off-site evening functions. For anyone who is extending their stay and arriving early or departing early, you will be responsible for your own transportation arrangements.

Practice Owners & Partners, and Specialists:

After you register, you will receive an email within a few days from our travel partner with your travel itinerary based on the details that you had provided for registration.

MCDs, Associates, DVPs & Directors, and PSC:

After you register, you will receive an email within a few days from our travel partner with your travel itinerary based on the details that you had provided for registration. MCDs & Associates in POP offices: Your Practice Owner is supporting your attendance at this meeting by covering the cost of your flight to Miami.

Ground Transfers

Ground Transportation will be provided to and from the Miami International Airport and the Fort Laurderdale-Hollywood International Airport on the dates listed below. Stay tuned for exact shuttle times as we get closer to the event. Shuttles will be available:

Airport Arrivals

Upon arrival into Miami International Airport and the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, airport concierges with signage will greet guests in the baggage claim area of each terminal. Once all luggage has been collected, airport concierges will escort guests outside where drivers will be standing by for curbside pick-up.

Departures

Once onsite, you will receive an alert on the app to reference the departure schedule time on Sunday, August 18.

Parking

The Loews Miami Beach Hotel does offer valet and self parking if you are planning on driving or extending your stay.

Valet Parking: $31.00 plus tax during the day and $41.00 plus tax for overnight.

Please note: the following vehicles will not be accepted by valet due to parking limitations in the garage: 10+ passenger vans; Dually trucks; vehicles exceeding 6 feet, 6 inches; motorcycles or scooters; vehicles with roof top racks; trailers

Self-Parking: Available in the garage across the street at 230 16th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. The rates vary from $2.00 to $20.00 depending on the number of hours parked. Please be sure to keep your ticket as there is a $20.00 charge for a lost ticket.

Miami International Airport (MIA)

The Miami International Airport flies all major airlines and is 11.1 miles, approximately 25 minutes, from the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. Rideshare Services

Pickup locations may depend on the type of ride you request and the size of the airport. Follow the instructions in your Uber or Lyft app about where to meet your driver. You can also look for signs that point to designated airport ridesharing zones. Estimated costs are outlined below but will vary depending on time or day and type of ride chosen:

Uber
UberX is approximately $25.00 and UberXL is approximately $50.00.
Lyft
Lyft is approximately $25.00 and LyftXL is approximately $49.00.

Taxi

Taxicabs are located on the arrival (ground) level of the airport, outside of the baggage claim areas. Below are two options for taxi rates. The rates are estimated and will vary depending on the time of day and taxi cab selected. The estimated costs include the $2.00 airport origination fee.

Metered Fares
$4.50 for the first 1/6 mile and $.40 each additional 1/6 mile, which equals to $6.90 for the first mile and $2.40 for each additional mile. Waiting time is $.40 per minute.
