Masking & Distancing: We’ll be following and will expect attendees to follow masking and distancing regulations as outlined by the City of Nashville and by individual venues we visit during the course of the event. Throughout the event, we’ll provide masks, hand sanitizers, and proper spacing of tables and chairs to make you feel safe and more comfortable. Vaccination requirements: Genetec will require proof of COVID-19 vaccination to be shown on site. When you register online for Elevate'22, we'll ask that you certify willingness to show proof of vaccination upon arrival. All Genetec employees attending Elevate'22 will be fully vaccinated.
Testing requirements: Genetec will provide COVID-19 rapid tests to our guests and require all attendees to test negative before joining the event each morning. You'll manage your own testing and we'll trust you to take proper steps to self-isolate in the case of a positive test.
Vaccination reduces the spread of COVID-19. Vaccination is our best defense against serious health outcomes in the event of contracting COVID-19.
During online registration you'll be asked to certify that you're fully vaccinated. Onsite at the event when you pick up your badge, you'll be asked to produce your vaccination proof along with your ID in order to obtain your event pass. You will not be granted access if you cannot provide your proof of vaccination.
No, a COVID-19 booster shot is not required.
Pfizer BioNTech, Moderna, Johnson&Johnson Janssen, AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Covishield, BIBP/Sinopharm, and Sinovac are all approved vaccinations.
Yes, all attendees will be given rapid self-tests and will be expected to test negative each day before joining the event. We will not check your test results and expect our attendees to manage this on the honor system.

Please contact channel_events@genetec.com by Monday, January 24, 2022 to notify us that you will be unable to attend. If you cancel after January 24, you’ll be charged a cancellation fee.
If you did not book your hotel room with the Hutton Hotel, you will need to contact your hotel directly to notify them that you will no longer need your room. Be sure to check your hotel’s cancellation policy to avoid penalty charges.
Elevate'22 includes presentations from Genetec's executive team, breakout sessions hosted by subject matter experts, a welcome cocktail, group activity accompanied by dinner, and plenty of networking opportunities. All meals and beverages served at the event are included.
We won't be hosting a partner awards ceremony during Elevate'22, but we're planning a new way to recognize partners for their hard work and dedication in 2021. Details to the award winners will be communicated soon!
