How to request a credit using co-op credits for Elevate'22

Eligible partners with available co-op credits can submit a claim for reimbursement after the conclusion of the event. Marketing co-op credits cover up to 100% of all associated travel costs. You can submit a co-op claim with your receipts, including hotel, airfare, airport transfers, etc. The deadline to submit a co-op claim for Elevate’22 is June 15, 2022

Please note that co-op credits must be available in your account at the time of your claim submission, and your Genetec payment account must be in good standing. 

Eligible partners include those with Elite, Unified Elite, AutoVuTM Premier, and Resource Partner status in the Genetec Channel Partner Program. 

Here's how to submit a co-op claim for Elevate'22

Step 1

Reference your monthly statement to verify your available marketing co-op credits balane or contact coop@genetec.com.

Step 2

Complete a marketing co-op request form, and in the “Program Description” field, please note: “Elevate’22”, with the name(s) of the attendee(s). Please use one request form for multiple attendees, if applicable.

Step 3

Send your completed marketing co-op request form, along with copies of your receipts for approval to coop@genetec.com.

Be sure to submit your claim by June 15, 2022! 

Step 4

Your approved claim will be processed as a credit note which may be applied to your Genetec payment account. You’ll receive a confirmation from us indicating the reimbursement amount.

What expenses can be reimbursed

The following expenses are eligible for reimbursement by co-op credits for channel partners:

  • Airfare
  • Airline seat selection
  • Checked baggage fee
  • Airport transfers - taxi, Uber, Lyft to/from the airport
  • Airport parking
  • Rental car
  • Gas or mileage in line with IRS guidelines
  • Hotel room night charges, including taxes

The following expenses are not eligible for reimbursement:

  • Mini-bar charges
  • Room service
  • Hotel amenities including, but not limited to, gym and spa
  • Gratuities
  • Meals/drinks
