Program Description

The Initiatives and Infrastructure Roundtable is a two-day for the full Academy team following the completion of the Initiatives Inventory. Academy Senior Scholars will provide structure and direction to help teams understand how each institution’s targeted strategies align with their student populations, institutional priorities and definitions of student success. Additionally, in preparation for the Infrastructure Inventory, Senior Scholars will introduce a protocol for learning about each institution’s current policies and practices and their impact on student success.

The roundtable will include presentations, interactive sessions, and dedicated team times. 

Who Should Attend?

The core Academy team of 5-8 people representing units across the campus who will be responsible for planning, implementing and communicating the Student Success Plan. View program fees for additional details.
