The Student Success Academy: Initiatives and Infrastructure Roundtable will be held at the OLC Education and Conference Center, located minutes away from O'Hare International Airport.

Overnight accommodations are available at the Hampton Inn and Suites Rosemont Chicago O'Hare, located directly next to the OLC Education and Conference Center.

Overnight Attendees

HLC has secured a discounted rate of $109.00/night (plus tax) for those needing overnight accommodations during the event. The guest room rate includes complimentary guest room internet and hot breakfast, available daily from 6:00 - 10:00 a.m.

All reservations should be made directly with the Hampton Inn and Suites Rosemont Chicago O'Hare. Reserve your sleeping room with the hotel by:

Early check-in may be requested but is based on room availability.

Cut-off Date: Sleeping room reservations must be made by February 9, 2022. Any reservations requested after this date are subject to availability.

Cancellation Penalty: A penalty, equal to one night's room rate and tax, will be assessed for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the requested check-in date. All overnight reservation cancellations must be made directly with the hotel
