Location - Theme

The Bay of Plenty- Tauranga committee have lined up a speaking programme to deliver fully to the theme of : "Manager- to Leader" they have also extended a hand to the PACU nurse managers and to the Theatre Technician Managers to join in what they deem to be the "Perioperative Contimuum"
 

Delegates attending represent the following

Conference Dinner at the Tauranga Yacht Club

Taking some time out of the programme to spend with each other is always a highlight of the conference. Attendance at this function is included in the full registration for all delegates and is built into sponsorship as detailed below

Wednesday 27th April, 1800 - 1900

Trinity Wharf Hotel is the conference venue and will also host this welcome gathering. Over canapes and local wines you can reconnect and make new friends

 

Conference Breakfasts

Thursday 28th  & Friday 29th, 0730 - 0815

Time to network - review yesterday and look forward to the day’s speakers

  • Company logo - In the printed programme and on the website programme.
  • Advert full page Portrait in full colour in conference programme.
  • Company profile [50 words] in the conference programme.
  • Insert in delegates satchel of promotional material (to be supplied).
  • Pull up banner display (900cm-1.20 metre width, 300cm depth) placed in the catering area; can include a brochure rack.
  • Full registration for two attending all sessions, Welcome Function, breakfasts and Conference Dinner at The Tauranga Yacht Club

  • Advert A4 Portrait in full colour in conference programme.
  • Company profile [50 words] in the conference programme.
  • Insert in delegates satchel of promotional material (to be supplied).
  • Pull up banner display (900cm-1.20 metre width, 300cm depth) placed in the catering area; can include a brochure rack.
  • Full registration for one attending all sessions, Welcome Function, breakfasts and Conference Dinner at Larnach Castle, and an extra dinner ticket.

 

Company Banner Display

$3,000.00+GST  /  12 available

Includes:

For sponsors who intend to come as representatives of their organisations and will attend sessions and interact with delegates for the full duration of the conference

Includes:

  • Pull up banner display (note this is not a conference where any product is displayed)

Banner size (900cm-1.20 metre wide)

Floor Space to house the banner (width) and allowing 300cm (depth)

Banners will be placed in the catering area (Apart from when displayed in the speaking venue as a sponsor for a session)

  • Company profile [50 words] in the conference programme.
  • Registration for one attending all sessions Welcome function, breakfasts and Conference dinner

Delegate Function Package

$1500-$2500 +GST / 4 available
Includes:

Naming of the selection session/function with company name.

Banner displayed in venue during the session/function.

Registration for one attending all sessions, Welcome function, Conference dinner.

Delegate Communication Package

$1500 +GST

The Communication Package provides a connection prior to and post conference in communication with the delegates and the Theatre Manager and Educators members.
All newsletters and emails for Theatre Mangers and Educators conference
will carry the sponsor’s logo this includes:

  • Monthly email update to Theatre Managers and Educators network.
  • Prior to arrival delegates email.
  • Post conference emails including conference presentations and conference survey.

NOTE: One delegate attending full conference and pull-up banner  (additional $500)
