With priorities we must work to deliver on, Equity, Clinical priority, Long waits etc.etc. Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty are excited to host the 2023 conference to Introduce “A change in our view to the Perioperative continuum,” starting the new era as one united team of leaders and influencers.
As our clinical practice has refocussed, one theme that has surfaced is that working how we always have done, cannot be the only option. This conference will cover examples of current ideas and allow for much discussion. Therefore the theme of this conference is based on the perioperative continuum and all of the members that contribute to challenge the current ways of thinking and working. In 2023 we extend an warm invitation to Anaesthetic Technicians and PACU senior staff to come and join us for the “Te Whatu Ora” reset & restore philosophy that our workforce development is inclusive of all staff groups.
