Information to help you plan your trip and important COVID-19 updates.
As we plan for the 2021 Textile Sustainability Conference, Textile Exchange and its organizing partners are continually monitoring the global pandemic and the possible impacts on the conference. At present, we are making plans for a "hybrid" conference, combining the high-quality in-person conference experience that attendees have come to know and love with an interactive virtual offering for those that require the flexibility of attending online.
At Textile Exchange, we know that convening an in-person community plays a significant role in business success through building a more robust network of industry relationships and gaining insightful learnings that lead to actionable next steps towards reducing climate impact by 2030. At the same time, we recognize that COVID has shifted the way the world conducts business, and we know that attending in person may not be possible for everyone. While we are currently planning for a hybrid event, safety remains our primary concern; we will continue monitoring the situation and will adapt the conference plans as needed. If we determine that hosting a global event is impossible for safety reasons, we plan to host regional meetings to support and encourage the industry and related networks.

Ireland in November will have an average of 49°F to 54°F (9.5°C to 12°C). We highly recommend that you carry heavy, warm winter wear to stay warm, comfortable and safe. The weather outdoors can be heavily chilly, especially during the nights, and it is always recommended that you carry warming accessories like scarves, gloves or hats whenever you tread outside.
Conference dress is business casual. Be sure to check the weather before you head to Dublin. This time of year can produce chilly and wet weather.
A coat check will be available next to the check-in desk in the entrance area of the Convention Center Dublin.
