Instructions for Presenters and Chairs:

Traditional Paper Sessions: Typically there are three papers in each session. Each paper will be presented for 15 minutes followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. The 15 minutes at the end can be used for additional discussions.

Developmental Paper Sessions: Participating authors will read each others papers in advance. At the session, each author presents their ideas for 5 minutes, after which the group discusses for 10 minutes while the author listens without comment. The author then has 5 minutes at the end to rejoin the conversation.

Description of the Chair Role:

The role of the Chair is to manage time, and to facilitate discussions in the session.

Coordinate Presentation Supplies:

Projectors will be provided for Traditional Paper sessions. Computers will not be provided, nor will any other materials or supplies. Please contact the other presenters in your session to coordinate accordingly.
