Cancellation Policy: Due to content being on demand and no requirement for exhibit representatives to be present during the conference dates, refunds for cancellations will not be given unless canceled within 24 hours of registering. How will PENS encourage attendees to visit exhibit booths? ‎
The event platform provides a point game for attendees to participate and earn prizes provided by PENS. ‎Attendees will earn points for activities like visiting an exhibit booth, watching a video in a booth, downloading files ‎and requesting information from exhibitors. Typically, on this platform 90% of attendee participate in the game, and ‎on average 70% of the points amassed by participants is related to exhibit booth activities.
 
What Platform is PENS using for their event? ‎ 
PENS has selected Pathable for their event platform. 
 
How many registrations do I receive with my booth?
Each virtual booth receives two conference registrations which includes full access to the platform as well as CE for sessions attended. 

How long after I purchase a booth should I receive access to start building my booth?
The platform will open for organizers to start building their booths by February 19th. After February 19, within 72 (business) hours you will be sent a link to access Pathable to start building your exhibit booth. Be sure to check your spam/junk folders for the email invitation - it will come from

How do I add content to my booth?

How do I register my complimentary representatives? 
Instructions for registering your representatives outlining the number you receive and the discount code were provided in email to the company organizer. 

I registered my comp representatives - how do I add them as team members to my booth?
All attendees (including exhibitor reps) will be uploaded into the platform starting April 12. At this time you can add them as team members to your booth by clicking "add team member" from your booth pageAfter April 12, registrations will be added daily to the platform at the end of each day. Once the reps have been added to the platform you can add them as team members
