Payment Guidelines: 
 
All payments must be received on, or prior to, the first day of your institute.
Written cancellations must be received by WSU Conference Management (clerks@wsu.edu) prior to May 17, 2019 to receive a refund (less a $50 processing fee). No cancellations will be accepted after that date. Substitutions are welcome at any time. No-shows will be charged the full registration fee.
