Transportation
24 Hour FREE Airport Shuttle
For your convenience, the Hyatt Regency SFO offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the SFO
airport. The shuttle that goes to the Hyatt is marked “Hyatt Regency and Marriott.”
The Shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes from 5am to midnight. After midnight and until 4:45am, the
shuttle comes to pick up or drop off guests every 30 mins.
To catch the shuttle when you arrive at the airport, take your luggage to the Departures Level and
head to the Center island. Look for the area marked “HOTEL SHUTTLE.” When you depart from the
Hyatt, ask for directions from the Hotel Front Desk, the Concierge or the Valet on where to wait to
catch the Shuttle.
Burlingame Trolley - FREE Service to Downtown
The Burlingame Trolley connects to hotels east of Hwy 101 with downtown Burlingame. The
trolley stops at shopping, dining and entertainment areas on Broadway Avenue and Burlingame
Avenue. Printed schedules are also available on the shuttle, at the Burlingame Chamber of

Attendee Visas
Connect does not issue formal invitation letters for visas to attendees of Connect sponsored conferences. We can, however, issue a Visa Support Letter to assist with your visa application.
Requesting Visa Support Letters
Connect is able to provide visa support letters to attendees, presenters with scheduled and confirmed presentations, or registered exhibiting personnel. Connect does not provide letters for transport of vendor or presenter equipment.
For visa support letters, you must complete the form below in its entirety. You will need to provide the following information:
- Name (as it appears on your passport) and mailing address
- Company name, company website, and company email address
- Your title and role at the company
- The name of the conference you are registered for
- Your registration confirmation number
Please plan your travel well in advance and allow plenty of time to apply for a visa. If you have specific questions about obtaining a visa, contact the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Visa Services at http://travel.state.gov/.
