Delegate fees:
- Pre-course: DKK 1.000 * (Registration closed)
- Early bird fee: POSTPONED to June 11th: DKK 2.975. After this date: DKK 3.975.
- 1-day fee before June 6th: DKK 1.500. After this date: DKK 2.000.
- Exhibitors attending with a booth: DKK 3.000. Please check the sponsor prospect if your sponsorship includes free registrations.

Optional dinner, September 6th. Price per person: DKK 650. Spouses are of course welcome.
Conference dinner, September 7th. Price per person: DKK 375. Spouses are of course welcome DKK 600.

You will be asked to submit a short motivational letter when you apply for participation

Full pre-payment must be made at the time of registration. Payment may be made by either credit card or bank transfer.
Payment by company credit card
To process your reservation we require you to complete the relevant credit card information on the online registration form. When paying with a foreign credit card or company credit card, a fee will be added to the total amount charged.
Bank transfer
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be forwarded upon completion of the online registration and payment must be made within 8 days of receiving the invoice. For bank transfers there is a transaction fee of DKK 50.
EAN invoice
Danish delegates may also settle the invoice by EAN please remember to state the EAN number in the registration.
Liability & Insurance
The registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, theft, loss or damage to personal possessions. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
Cancellation of the registration fee and hotel reservation
Before July 1st a fee of DKK 250 will be deducted. After this date no refunds can be made, but you are welcome to transfer your registration and hotel booking to a colleague.
