NAEMSP 2021 Annual Meeting - Exhibit Booth Registration
 
 
NAEMSP® is excited to offer our partners the opportunity to showcase their company at the upcoming virtual meeting. 
NAEMSP® understands that it is extremely difficult to re-create the in-person exhibiting experience, thus NAEMSP® has decided to offer exhibit booths a reduced rate and not include any "live tradeshow hours". By providing our exhibit representatives with full meeting access you will be able to use all the networking tools available within the platform to connect with other attendees and not use up your time sitting behind the camera waiting for visits. Meanwhile your booth will be available for attendees to visit and learn more about your company - attendees can leave chat messages, request more info, download files and more! NAEMSP® is encouraging attendees to visit booths and interact within the booth by awarding attendees points. At the end of the conference we will award prizes for our top point earners. 

Each Virtual Booth Includes the Following:  
  • Company Name
  • Company Logo
  • Description (no limitations on text, can include images and URLs)‎
  • Header Banner (1170 x 145 pixels)‎
  • Videos – unlimited number of videos, recommend no more than three (3). (videos can either be uploaded or ‎linked via url). ‎
  • Files – unlimited number of files for attendees to download. ‎
  • Create polls for attendees to participate in and provide feedback (polls are created by the exhibitor) ‎
  • A button link where attendees can request more information (this will send your booth staff their full contact ‎information, including emails). ‎
  • One (1) Annual Meeting registration (includes full meeting access and CME for sessions, does not include workshops. Workshops must be purchased at the additional workshop price)‎
  • Post Show Analytics:‎
    • List of attendees that visited your virtual booth
    • List of leads – this list will include attendees who requested more information and provides their full ‎contact information (including email)‎
    • Gamification statistics as it relates to virtual exhibit booths
    • Overall exhibit statistics (total booth visits, average per booth)‎

Deadline to register for a booth is December 21, 2021. Booths available for purchase after December 21, 2021 by approval only and will incur a $250 late fee.  
 
 
EVENT PLATFORM
NAEMSP® has selected Pathable to host the 2021 Annual Virtual Meeting. In addition to hosting all the live and on-‎demand sessions, Pathable has many opportunities for companies to connect with attendees before, during and after ‎the meeting has ended. These opportunities include:‎
  • Scheduling of 1:1 Zoom Meetings (hosted in the platform)‎
  • Ability to view attendees’ profiles
  • Ability to private message attendees
  • Discussion Boards
As an exhibitor at NAEMSP® you will have access to all of these opportunities to connect with attendees. Each booth ‎comes with one complimentary meeting registration, which includes CME/CE for the educational sessions. ‎
 
How will NAEMSP® encourage attendees to visit exhibit booths? ‎
The event platform provides a point game for attendees to participate and earn prizes provided by NAEMSP®. ‎Attendees will earn points for activities like visiting an exhibit booth, watching a video in a booth, downloading files ‎and requesting information from exhibitors. Typically, on this platform 90% of attendee participate in the game, and ‎on average 70% of the points amassed by participants is related to exhibit booth activities. ‎

 
 
 
Only companies related to the emergency medical field will be allowed to exhibit at NAEMSP®. Any company who has not exhibited before may be asked to provide a detailed list of the products they offer as well as business certificate(s) indicating all business names the company operates under. Companies selling products on the show floor must have pre-approval from the NAEMSP® Executive Office and products not directly related to the medical field will not be approved to exhibit. 

NAEMSP® reserves the right to restrict exhibits which are objectionable because of noise, glaring or flashing lights, method of operation or any other reason, and also to prohibit or evict any exhibit which, in the opinion of exhibit management, may detract from the general character of the exhibition. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter or anything exhibit management judges to be objectionable. In the event of such restriction or eviction, exhibit management is not liable for any refund.
