Cancellation Policy: Due to content being on demand and no requirement for exhibit representatives to be present during the meeting dates, refunds for cancellations will not be given unless canceled within 24 hours of registering. GENERAL
If you signed up and paid for your booth for the live meeting you have two options:
- Transfer all monies paid to 2022 for the same type of booth for the in-person event (currently scheduled for Jan 12-15, 2022 in San Diego, CA) and not participate in the 2021 Virtual Meeting.
- Participate in the 2021 Virtual Meeting, monies paid will be applied to the $750 booth fee. Remaining balance can be used to register additional attendees for the meeting, transferred towards payment for a 2022 booth or refunded.
If your company does not provide one of the above options to NAEMSP by December 4, 2020, no refunds will be provided.
How will NAEMSP® encourage attendees to visit exhibit booths?
The event platform provides a point game for attendees to participate and earn prizes provided by NAEMSP®. Attendees will earn points for activities like visiting an exhibit booth, watching a video in a booth, downloading files and requesting information from exhibitors. Typically, on this platform 90% of attendee participate in the game, and on average 70% of the points amassed by participants is related to exhibit booth activities.

How many registrations do I receive with my booth?
Each virtual booth receives one virtual meeting registration which includes full access to the platform as well as CME for sessions attended.
