Cancellation Policy
Registered participants unable to attend the Congress may ask for refunds. All cancellation must be addressed by writing to the Congress Secretariat: eahpba2019@congresscompany.com before 14 January 2019; and no refunds will be accepted if requested after 13 January 2019, including Force Majeure. All refunds will be made after the congress.
Poster and oral presenters: we urge you to make sure to pre-register as soon as possible! To pre-register for the early fee, please use the link and password that were sent to you in the confirmation of your abstract acceptance. It is only then that we will be able to prepare your name badge.
If you do not pre-register, your registration has to be done on-site, and waiting time is involved before your name badge is printed and can be handed out.

Payment
Payment can be processed by Maestro or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).
Within 1 hour after completing your registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail including the receipt of your payment.Cancellation Policy
