Rooms must be reserved using the online registration system during your registration for the Assembly. It is essential to reserve your hotel room as soon as possible. Reservations after 10 May are subject to availability. All prices given below include German VAT and service charge.

Single Room: €149 per night
Double Room: €179 per night
Room rates include buffet breakfast, VAT and service charge as well as complimentary use of WIFI Internet from the provider 'The Cloud' and free access to the 'Belle Acqua' wellness area.
Cancellation
Cancellations can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 7 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the room rate for the entire booking.
