EGGA Assembly 2013, Dresden

Before registering please navigate through the site to see what's on offer during the Assembly this year. Please note: registration for Assembly 2013 is only available online.

If you are returning to the site to make an amendment to your existing registration, please select the 'Modify Registration' button.

During registration you will be asked to complete your personal information and be given the opportunity to register an accompanying person, book accommodation, buy tour tickets and add additional delegates to your registration, meaning everyone from the same company will be on one invoice!

Once you have completed your registration you will receive a confirmation email detailing your personal log in details. You can log back into your registration to make amendments at any time by selecting the 'Modify Registration' button and entering your personal log in details.

Note: German VAT is not applicable to registration fees of Assembly 2013.

* The accompanying person's fee is for spouses (wives or husbands) taking part in the accompanying persons' programme of social events only, NOT for a second person from a company attending the Assembly as a delegate.

Delegate registration fee includes:

All lunches and coffee breaks associated with the meeting, including simultaneous interpretation between English, French, German, Spanish and Italian.
Report of the meeting, including a summary of all presentations and discussions (circulated to delegates after the conference).
Optional sightseeing tour on Monday 10 June.
Welcome Reception on Monday 10 June.
Conference Dinner on Tuesday 11 June.
There is an additional charge if you wish to take part in the optional visits to galvanizing plants on Wednesday 12 and Thursday 13 June.

Optional Sightseeing Tour on Monday 10 June.
Welcome Reception on Monday 10 June.
Sightseeing Tour on Tuesday 11 June.
Conference Dinner on Tuesday 11 June.
There is an additional charge if you wish to take part in the optional sightseeing tour on Wednesday 12 June.

How to Pay

The Registration fee must be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. Please ensure that you pay any charges levied by your bank so that these are not debited to the event account.

Cancellation: Registration and Plant Visit Fees

Cancellations received before 19 April 2013 - Full refund
Cancellations received between 19 April and 16 May 2013 - 50% refund of fees
Cancellations received after 16 May 2013 - No refund
Substitution of delegates is permitted at any time but must be notified in advance.
