The Housing portion of the Annual Meetings 2022 is now closed (October 21).  Registrants currently cannot make changes to existing reservations, nor can they book a new reservation through the registration system.  The Annual Meeting housing bureau is in the process of sending the booking lists to the hotels so they can upload into their system.
 
If you have made a reservation with your registration and need to make a change, please wait until you have either received a confirmation from the hotel or wait until November 5 to contact the hotel as they will not have your name or information in their system before then.  
 
Needing to make a reservation after the AM Housing closed?  We will post information here of hotels still honoring the Annual Meetings discount rate as we receive it in November.

What is the headquarters hotel for the Annual Meeting?

There isn’t one specific headquarter hotel this year. SBL and AAR sessions will be held primarily in the Colorado Convention Center, and surrounding hotels. The Book Exhibits will be held at the Colorado Convention Center. 

I'm booking a hotel room and have a roommate who is also attending the meeting. Do we need to book our hotels separately and indicate each other as a roommate?

No, you will need to only book one hotel room and indicate your roommates' names where requested. You may work with the hotel directly upon check in to discuss splitting the room costs. The card requested during registration is used to hold the room only.

I've contacted the hotel directly and they do not have my information

SBL and AAR currently manage the hotel room blocks. No specific information is sent to the hotels until after November 7, therefore the hotels will not have your information until then. If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please do so by following the instructions listed in your confirmation email prior to October 21.

Where is my hotel located?

If you check your registration confirmation, you will see a link that will take you to your registration and housing confirmation page.  Click on that and you will see your housing information, that includes an address to the hotel.

Will there be a shuttle from hotel to the convention center?

No, there will not be an Annual Meetings bus or shuttle from the hotels to convention center this year.
